Welcome to episode 6 in the 2nd season of Matter of Fat: a body positive podcast with Midwest sensibilities! Co-hosts Cat Polivoda and Saraya Boghani highlight community voices with a focus on body size, body positivity, & fat liberation.
In the Fat Dish, S talks about embodying “Hot Girl Summer” both in attitude and well… temperature. This summer is hot and, as good midwesterners, both ladies lay it on thick with the weather talk. Fortunately, Friends and Fans provided some good tips and tricks for staying cool in this heat. C shared more about her marvelous road trip travels and exuding Chill Girl Summer. S waxed poetic about spending summer weekends outside with friends (surprise surprise). She may have taken up the hobby of sleepwalking or has a casper in her home - not the mattress.
