show notes:

Body positivity is something we all need to practice… right?  Well, like most things, it’s a little more complicated than that.  Co-hosts Cat Polivoda and Saraya Boghani consider the pros and cons of body positivity with this Matter of Fat Mini.  Matter of Fat is a body positive podcast with Midwest sensibilities. Full episodes highlight community voices with a focus on body size, body positivity, + fat liberation.

This minisode explains how we use BoPo and why it’s just one, imperfect part of larger sustainable change.

Thanks for engaging with MoF! We’d love a rate + review. Check us out on social media and through a brand new website. It’s BEYOND.  Beyond what?  Idk, check it out and join those in the know.
